Introduction & Scenario: ISS is a Facility Services company founded in 1901 in Copenhagen, Denmark in 1901. ISS provide services such as cleaning services, support services, property services, security services and facility management services. ISS was ranked number one as outsourcing company in years 2013, 2014 and 2015. In 2008, The Company agreed a contract with Royal Melbourne Dental Hospital and since providing cleaning services for the premises. The dental hospital has 6 floors with 3 members in each floor. Total of 18 member divided into 6 teams and one supervisor managing all teams. In June 2017, 4 employees were hired to replace 4 members who retired. The performance and commitment of the team was high and always used to achieve above 90% in monthly audit.
