- Please locate one scholarly professional or academic article addressing how organizations are approaching employee benefits in a changing environment. This article could include: the Affordable Care Act, Family Medical Leave Act, Benefits and Compensation, Life Insurance, or other benefit related issues. Please cite your sources accordingly. AND
- Please provide a practical example of an employee benefits issue. The purpose of this discussion is not for political purposes or ranting about employee benefits, but for an academic discussion of how to intelligently approach the issue.
